#RedGoldTomatoes Simple Gourmet Lasagna Recipes {Review}

My family really loves lasagna and I’ve had the same old, yes I said same old lasagna recipe forever and haven’t really shaken it up….until…. I received an easy Lasagna Gift Pack from Red Gold Tomatoes with some new recipes to try.

I was excited to try out one of the new recipes (Easy Classic Lasagna), but didn’t know what to expect from my family as they are sure creatures of habit with my usual recipes. Somewhat different ingredients, different spices….hmmm…..

What I liked about this recipe is that it was really easy and I LOVE the fact that the noodles are uncooked before baking and it just saves so much time and multitasking when making lasagna. It was a huge plus for me.
Once baked, the lasagna came out perfect. It was firm and not runny…which always is a winning factor at my house….less mess and looks good on presentation.

Family ratings……my family really enjoyed it. They noticed it was a different recipe and that it was a very nice change. Yes…I thought!! My daughter enjoyed it so much, she had it three days in a row for lunch and the very last pieces are packed for her school lunch tomorrow.
