Lunchbox Buddies: Notes that Make your Kids Smile {Review}

I received Lunchbox Buddies Notes in exchange for this post.  All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

Remember back in the day when your mom or dad would put fun little notes in your lunch boxes?  I remember my mom throwing in a few notes here and there and they were always endearing or silly.  Before homeschooling, I would try to remember to add those notes, but in the midst of busy schedules, I would forget. Lunchbox Buddies offers a new way of putting notes in your child’s lunchbox. No remembering to “write” just tear and toss in lunchboxes.  Nifty, right? I can now place them in their lunchboxes on homeschool co-op days. =)

With this month being National Nutrition Month, it is the perfect time to evaluate what goes into your child’s lunchbox and to encourage them to make healthier food choices at school.

Here’s your healthy lunch checklist according to an article on Web MD:
•    Whole-grain crackers and peanut butter
•    Raw broccoli, carrots and peppers with hummus dip
•    Clementine orange
•    Lunchbox Buddies note

Created by professional designer and father of three, Jim Adorney, Lunchbox Buddies provides a quick and easy way to make healthy lunches more fun. With creative collections ranging from superheroes to space creatures, each packet of Lunchbox Buddies contains a month’s worth of silly characters and messages to add excitement to what kids may consider to be a ‘boring’ healthy lunch.

I received Lunchbox Buddies GoofBalls Vol 1. and Space Cadets Vol.1. These notes truly do make you smile, hopefully they make your kiddies smile too. 😉

  1. Oh how neat! I like to send little notes to my kids but it is hard to remember when rushing through packing 4 lunches. These would crack my kids up!
