As you’re preparing for small gatherings to celebrate Independence Day, I wanted to share some fun ice cream dessert recipes with you that were recently shared with me.

4th of July Sundae
Layer in a parfait dish the new flavors with fresh fruit:
- Blueberry Cheesecake OR Blackberry Cobbler
- A layer of fresh blueberries OR blackberries
- Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream
- Layer of strawberries
- Top with whipped cream / a few berries and a little flag
- A scoop of raspberry sherbet
- A scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Top with a mixture of raspberries, blueberries, and honey
Ice Cream Sandwich dessert
- 9×13 pan
- Bottom layer ice cream sandwiches – Lovin’ My Vanilla OR Whole Lotta Chocolate
- A layer of Cool Whip
- Crumble and layer a piece of heath bar
- Swirl hot fudge and caramel
- Repeat
- Freeze overnight
