SWE is a not-for-profit educational and service organization committed to advancing females in engineering. Through engaging outreach initiatives like the Corporate Engineering Challenge, SWE seeks to spark curiosity and passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) among young minds, ultimately helping to bridge the gender gap in technical professions.

The event features two key components:

“The Engineering Challenge is a powerful way to introduce young girls to the vast opportunities within STEM careers,” said Nikki Statler, Air Zoo Director of Marketing & Development. “By engaging with local industry leaders and participating in real-world engineering tasks, these girls gain the confidence and inspiration to pursue their passions in engineering and beyond.”
