The Michigan PGA is thrilled to announce the 32nd anniversary of the Michigan Women’s Open, set to take place from June 23-25 at the stunning Mountain Ridge course at Crystal Mountain. This premier event, a staple in women’s professional golf, invites past, present, and aspiring female golfers to compete in a thrilling 54-hole stroke-play tournament for a $40,000 purse. With its rich history and commitment to promoting women’s golf, this year’s Open promises to be an unforgettable experience for players and spectators alike!

Kicking off on Monday, June 23, the tournament will see a maximum field of 144 contestants vying for victory over three exciting rounds. Notably, this year also marks the introduction of a Senior Division for women aged 50 and over, allowing even more talented golfers to participate and showcase their skills.

The tournament format includes a cut after 36 holes if there are more than 78 players, ensuring an intense competition as the best players advance to the championship round on Wednesday, June 25.
