Get Ready to Dance! Davenport University’s Highly Anticipated Summer Training Clinic Returns on August 2nd, Grand Rapids!

Davenport University is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated Summer Training Clinic on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025! Dancers from high school classes of 2026-2029 and college students are invited to enhance their skills with expert instruction from members of the prestigious 2025-2026 Davenport University Dance Team. This is an incredible opportunity to refine your jazz and pom techniques, elevate your hip hop and acro abilities, and learn exciting choreography — all while preparing for the upcoming dance season and the college recruitment process!

The day kicks off at 10 AM with an optional campus tour and prospect meeting,

followed by a full schedule of dance instruction and skill-building workshops. Participants will enjoy a comprehensive program from noon to 5 PM, including a break for snacks and concluding with a showcase, awards, and photo opportunities. For just $75, dancers can gain valuable technical feedback and insights from experienced instructors passionate about helping students reach their fullest potential.

Registration is open now through August 2nd, and those who register by July 18th will receive a free t-shirt.
