Junior Bakers Workshops – April 18 and 25, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada – Calling all kiddos ages 5-12 with a passion for creativity! Join our Cider Mill team for a fun-filled workshop where kids will decorate their own delicious treat. Decorating only – no baking or supplies needed. Tickets are $5 per attendee and include a decorating DIY workshop, craft activity, and a $5 Blake’s voucher redeemable the day of the workshop at either the Cider Mill or Tasting Room.
Tales & Cocktails: A Guided Mixology Class – April 15 and May 13, 2026, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Blake’s Backyard in Almont – Every great drink has a story behind it and attendees of this event will have the opportunity to discover the fascinating history behind it as they shake, mix, and sip. Tickets are $11.27 per person and include a Sip & Learn session followed by an interactive cocktail-making lesson led by expert mixologists, a cocktail shaker to keep, plus additional discounts.
Tasting Room Takeover: Orchard High Society – April 18 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada – Gentle guests will be transformed into an enchanting, high society-inspired scene full of refined indulgence, whispered intrigue, and timeless romance. Drawing on the elegance of a bygone social season, the immersive experience pairs Blake’s signature libations with classical flair and a touch of playful pageantry. Guests are encouraged to sip, socialize, and step into a moment where tradition meets modern revelry. This event is free to attend.
Blake’s in Bloom – Expected April 18 through mid-May 2026 at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada – Spring is here and Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill will soon be popping with thousands of blooms of all shades during the second annual tulip festival, Blake’s in Bloom. Guests are invited to stroll through the orchard to enjoy fields of more than 100,000 tulips, pick fresh blooms, taste seasonal delights and create special memories. The festival is expected to begin on or around April 25 (blooms currently loading) through early-to-mid-May. Tickets range from $9.95 for a pre-sale weekday tulip pass ($12.95 at the gate) to $22.95 for a pre-sale weekend VIP tulip pass ($25.95 at the gate). Dog Dayze: An Orchard Walk – April 26, 2026 at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada – Calling all good boys and girls (and their humans)! Take a scenic strut through the orchard, then “paws” for a party with live music, tasty treats, and tail-waggin’ fun. Bonus: A portion of sales goes to Leader Dogs for the Blind, an organization dedicated to pairing guide dogs with individuals and providing the training needed for greater independence. Early bird tickets are $6.95/person (available up to one week prior to the event) or $8.95 general admission. Children two and under are free.
Chasing El Chavo 5k – May 2, 2026 at 1-5 p.m. at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada – Inspired by Blake’s Hard Cider mango habanero El Chavo, the fiesta-themed 5k run/walk on gravel trails around Blake’s 150-acre orchard. Participants will take home a commemorative pint glass and t-shirt, a post-race donut, pint of hard or sweet cider and exclusive invitation to the fiesta-themed after party in Orchard Square (food and drink available for purchase.) Costumes are encouraged and the race is open to all ages. Registration is $47 per person through May 1, then $52 per person the day of the race.
Sauce Off – May 23, 2026 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada – Now in its third year, get ready for a flavor-packed day designed to spice up your weekend! Taste your way through bold, crave-worthy sauces—each with a unique twist from local chefs and home cooks. Whether you’re all about sweet glazes or love a fiery kick, there’s something that’ll hit just right.
