{Book Review}Women Driven to Success: You Can Have It Your All

I received an advanced reading copy of this book for review.  All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

Women Drive to Success: You Can Have It Your All by Jane S. Goldner, PhD, is an awesome book for women, especially for the challenges we face with jobs and businesses.

You can utilize this book in a variety of ways such as:

  • Do the Your Turn exercises
  • Complete Summary Profile and have someone you trust go over it with you.
  • Complete this book with a book club or reading group
  • Use as a mentoring or coaching tool
  • Use as a leadership tool for any leadership program, etc.

In part 1 Chapters 1-3) of the book it covers: Everything to Everybody, Standing in your Power, and Defining your Core.  I love how at the end of Chapter 1 the author includes:

“Meeting Rosie through the Decades” {Rosie the Riveter 1940’s}

  • Rosie the Housewife 1950s
  • Rosie the Revolutionary 1960s
  • Rosie the Bookworm 1970s
  • Rosie the Financier 1980s
  • Rosie the Senator 1990s
  • Rosie the Multitasker 2000s
  • Rosie the Winner 2010 and Beyond

I also how the book engages and involves the reader by completing exercises to help you reflect on issues we face as working women.

Part 2 (Chapters 4-6) contains an Essential Toolkit, Info on the Workplace, Summary and the Challenge.

The book also entails success stories by women who were driven to success.  The stories are very inspirational and motivating for any woman desiring to excel in their jobs and/or their business.

I love how the author, Jane Goldner included so much information, but into an easy to read format which is also great for programs, groups, etc.

I highly recommend {You Can Have It Your All} to any woman who is looking to move forward with gusto in their goals in life whether it’s as a person as a whole or in the work place, etc.
