I received a copy of “The Super Duper Princess Heroes” in exchange for this post.  All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

With the holidays approaching, I have been receiving holiday contacts to promote specific products here on the blog.  From time to time I will receive info for children.  These are my favorite kind.

My recent contact sent me a children’s book titled: The Super Duper Princess Heroes: How it all Started by Sanjay Nambier.

Because I have 3 girls, I thought this would be a fun one to try out.

Book Summary

“When Kinney, Oceana, and Sammie stumble upon a mysterious bag with magical tiaras inside, their lives change forever.  They transform from regular girls into Super Duper Princess Heroes!  Their new powers, however, come with strings attached.  To keep the magic going, the girls need to help others, to work together as a team, and to always be humble about their abilities.  Can these awesome girls rise to the challenge and help save the world?  Can they prove that princesses are about courage and independence instead of just fancy dresses and glittering jewelry?  You better believe they can.”

As a Christian mom, I am very serious about what kind of books my girls are reading.  I was a little skeptical when I started reading the book.  I try to teach my girls against magic and super powers, etc.  It’s hard sometimes to judge what is safe and what is not.  I just take the book as these three little girls just pretending to be princesses super powers and saving the world so-to-speak.  It’s cute and very colorful which definitely caught my 7 year old’s eye.

We took the lessons that the princesses were learning in the book and used them for our own experiences.

If you would be interested in checking out this book for yourself, you can purchase it on Amazon for $13.06 or on Kindle for $5.99.
