The Pet Beastro is pleased to announce that it will host a third vendor open house at its store in Madison Heights on September 10, 2014 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. The event will offer local veterinarians and pet owners the chance to meet with representatives from top alternative pet food companies including Raw Bistro, Weruva, Vital Essentials, Dr. Harvey’s, and Wholesome Pet. Dr. Harvey Cohen, a holistic animal health pioneer and founder of Dr. Harvey’s Healthy Formulations, will be flying in for the event. Demonstrations of alternative raw feeding options for pets, a raffle, prizes, and free samples of alternative, natural, and organic dog and cat food, treats, and supplements will also be available.
It is important that today’s pet owners understand the nutritional needs of their pets, especially when so many contemporary pet products are misleadingly branded as healthy. With this vendor expo event, local pet owners and veterinarians can build upon their knowledge of safe, high quality pet foods and get valuable face-to-face time with some of the best companies in the industry.
Jill Tack, founder and owner of The Pet Beastro, says, “There’s no better way to learn about high quality, American-made pet foods than to meet with the companies that are pioneering its making. We’re excited to give the community this opportunity to learn first-hand why these products are so important and how they can use them with their pets.”
