Do you find that you have antsy, anxious, and distracted kids when it comes to their bedtime routine and bedtime itself?  Kids will be kids, right?

For some reason it was just getting to be a major challenge to get my kids to bed.  Their little brains just won’t shut off.  Sure, I let my girls have 5 minutes of bed time stalling because I remember what it’s like to not want to go to bed, haha!

Since the essential oil Peace and Calming was in my kit, I thought I would give it a try.  I have yet again heard so many wonderful things about it, especially with kids.

Let’s just say it’s another winner for us.  Peace and Calming Essential Oil is fantastic!  I just rub a couple drops on their feet and even rub a little on their pillow and give it a few minutes.  We say our bedtime prayers and I have noticed that there is less chatting, laughing, whining, etc.  It literally  helps them to calm down.  Very impressed.  I have even put a few drops in the home diffuser.  I have noticed that applying it topically works the best though.  My oldest daughter even loves it when I rub it slightly on her pillow.

I have also used Peace and Calming during my hectic days. I apply it to my wrists and temples and it seems to be very helpful.  I am definitely sold on another amazing essential oil product.

Since using a few of the oils from my kit, I noticed that it’s time to start thinking about stocking up again on a few of them.  I can’t wait!
