Free Education and Activity Printables for Kids

On those rainy or “I’m bored” days, it can be challenge to find fun and creative things to do to keep your child happy.  When you have exhausted the homemade forts, movies, etc., there are other ideas that can keep a child engaged all the while learning.  There are a variety of websites out there that cater to enrichment based learning.  These are in the form of printables, and yes you can find many that are free.  Free entertainment is always encouraged.  Here is a list of websites that I use for my own children.  They are educational, yet fun!
www.freehomeschooldeals.com – Now you don’t have to be a homeschooler to utilize this site, they offer fun and free learning  activities for all ages for example, western themed freebie and crafts.  It includes crafts, activities, printables, coloring pages,
and more!
www.education.com -This site is great for sharpening math skills, writing, reading, and science, but in a fun manner.  You can browse
by grade to choose what is right for your child this also includes preschool and Kindergarten.
www.jumpstart.com – You have probably already heard of this learning website.  Even though you have to pay a membership fee to utilize
the full site, they do have a freebies section.  Just search for free worksheets by grade.
