Little Boy Movie- Actor Jakob Salvati Interview

Little Boy Movie- Actor Jakob Salvati Interview

Little Boy, a Mark Burnett film, is showing in theaters today, (Friday), April 24th. It is a “heartwarming story of a little boy who is willing to do whatever it takes to bring his dad home from World War II alive”. Set in the 1940’s, Little Boy is a classic that captures the wonder of life through the eyes of an 8-year old boy, played by Actor Jakob Salvati.

Child Actor, Jakob Salvati, recently starred in the NBC series, Grimm and in Cleaners for Crackle, Sony Picture Television. In 2013, Jakob also starred in the ABC series, RedWidow and many other television credits.

For this interview, I had the pleasure of Jakob answering some questions of his acting life and also of his personal life:

Cynthia:  How young were you when you began acting?

Jakob:  When I was four, I started doing TV commercials.

Cynthia:  Did you get nervous while filming this movie?

Jakob:  Sometimes. There were so many huge names on set that it was scary at first but it was so awesome that my fears went away.

Cynthia:  Did you work long hours with the filming?

Jakob:  Yes, sometimes we started early in the morning and would work throughout the day, but this is what I love doing.

Cynthia:  Do you have any favorite scenes from the movie?

Jakob:  The whole movie is great but I like the pirate scene most.

Cynthia:  We know you are very busy as an actor, but what hobbies do you have while you are off-screen?

Jakob:  I like to hang out with my family and watch family movies. I also like to play soccer, and I love parkour!

“I want to personally thank Jakob for doing this interview with Cynthia for our Michigan Mom Living readers.  We wish you the best in future endeavors.” ~Lindsey Clair, Owner and Pubilsher of MML.
