Our vacation rentals are located in Chatham Park; an upscale, well maintained, and security guarded community. They are centrally located putting you minutes away from Disney World, EPCOT, Disney MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, and two Super Wal-Marts.

Chatham Villa One and Chatham Villa Two are located side-by-side. The side-by-side location of these villas makes them perfect rentals for those with larger families or traveling with other families/friends. Both villas can be rented at the same time (based on availability) giving everyone the enjoyment of their own home, yet the convenience of spending quality time with your traveling companions next door.

Our two-story, Chatham Manor, located a few doors down from both Chatham Villas offers accommodations for those with a larger family or wanting more relaxation space as it offers accommodations for up to eight persons. Chatham Manor’s pool overlooks an attractive pond offering wonderful nightly sunsets.

All homes are professionally decorated and furnished with full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, garage, pool, linens and towels provided.
