Hooked on Veggies with Garden Lites #Muffins {Review}

I received samples of Garden Lites Muffins (valued at $2.45 each) in exchange for this post.  Any opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

Have you heard of Garden Lites?  They are your “Delicious Vegetable Company.”  Their foods contain a main ingredient you will be proud of….vegetables!  Yes! Their products are also gluten, dairy, and nut free!

I recently got to sample their chocolate and blueberry muffins. At first I was leery thinking they might be very bland since they have healthy ingredients.  Thankfully, I was wrong.

Garden Lite Chocolate Muffins

Two of the ingredients in these muffins are zucchini and carrots!  Wow, right?  Not typically what you may find in chocolate muffins. Believe it or not, they are quite tasty.  My oldest daughter didn’t seem to acquire the taste for it, but the rest of the family seemed to enjoy them.  You actually get a mini lava cake experience.

Garden Lite Blueberry Oat Muffins

Zucchini and carrots are also the two main ingredients in these Garden Lites muffins.  They have your typical blueberry goodness, but a much healthier version.  I also enjoyed these very much.

Both muffin flavors are only 120 calories! Perfect healthy snack. You also get a good source of fiber as well.  Just pop the individually wrapped goodness into the microwave and you are good to go!
