Odor-Eaters Rotten Sneaker Contest Winner – #Interview
Kids are known for creating some of the stinkiest messes and now they are getting rewarded for it at the National Odor-Eaters Rotten Sneaker Contest hosted at Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Contestants from across the country recently competed to show off their foul-smelling sneakers and a chance to win the national title.
This year’s winner of the Oder-Easters Rotten Sneaker Contest is Connor Slocombe, age 11 from Eagle River, Alaska. Connor received $2,500, a trip to New York City along with Broadway tickets.
Join Connor and Master Sniffer George Aldrich in a recent interview that tells it all about the stinkiest shoe to being a Master Sniffer.
Check out this unique interview below!
Connor loves riding his bike and uses his feet as brakes. He likes helping his Aunt on her farm with the chickens, but unfortunately steps into a lot of animal poop. He also loves to fish and go camping a lot.
Master Sniffer George Aldrich is a Chemical Specialist for NASA space missions. For the past 43 years George has performed odor-panel tests (better known as smell missions) to prevent toxic odors from entering the confined NASA crew environment.
