  1. Sort out Your Priorities

Separate your task into segments based on difficulty and ask yourself: “Why do I procrastinate?” If the answer is “I am afraid,” then you should probably do the more challenging part first to deal with fear as soon as possible. However, if you feel no anxiety whatsoever, feel free to attend to the simple part first.

If you only have a vague idea about your task, don’t hesitate to get clear instructions from your superiors or use some online guide.

Stay away from social networks in general and your smartphone in particular. Just try to spend a couple of hours without it and you will get more productive.
