About the Author

Sisters Nicole Hicks and Stacie Majszak have always been passionate about the importance of family. They have dreamed of working together on a project to share this message, and in this process, they discovered a new love for writing children’s literature. A Language Arts teacher by day, Nicole strives to build a love of reading and writing in her students, while Stacie, a school counselor, supports children and aids in bridging the relationships between students, families, and school. They are excited to use their experiences in education to teach children core values and life lessons through the characters in their books.
