Featuring National and Local Entertainment, Italian Wines & Beer,

Family Fun Zone & Fireworks

The weekend when everyone’s Italian!

WHAT:

Festa Italiana is back at Freedom Hill Country Park in Sterling Heights this July 19-21, 2024! This FREE all-ages event celebrates Italian Heritage while featuring live music, delicious food, fireworks, and a whole lot of family fun. Everyone is welcome to be a part of the Italian community at Festa Italiana!

This year will feature both national and local entertainment presented by Don Christo’s Cigar Room and Tito’s Handmade Vodka, a Friday Night Fireworks Spectacular sponsored by Genesis Alfa Romeo and a Family Fun Zone featuring bounce houses, zip line, bocce courts, rock-climbing wall, and more!  The festival, presented by the Italian American Chamber of Commerce, will have your mouth watering from the best Italian cuisine and Italian wines and beers found in Metro Detroit!

Headlining acts on The Lucido Family Stage include The Bronx Wanderers who will deliver a “Back to the Future” performance with 50s, 60s, and 70s Rock N’ Roll hits.  Ray Massa’s EuroRhythms will be playing traditional Italian folk and Italian swing music. Aaron Caruso will be playing exciting operatic songs while Mark Randisi will be performing Sounds of Sinatra. Guests will also be entertained by Fantasia, a seven-piece party band, Louie Prima Jr., Frank Scinta, Simone Vitale Band, Cory Pesaturo, and Francesco Cavallini, as well as an array of sounds of Italy throughout the weekend by a variety of talented performers.

In 2023, Festa Italiana, a non-profit event, raised over $75,000 for charity. The funds benefited Conductive Education, Friends of Foster Kids, Italian American Chamber of Commerce, Capuchin Soup Kitchen, St. Louis Center, and a variety of other organizations.
