BORN IN DETROIT LAUNCHES NEW FALL APPAREL LINE PLUS, DETROIT-BASED BRAND NOW HAS OFFICIAL LICENSE WITH DETROIT PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS AND MICHIGAN’S BIG TEN COLLEGES!
Born In Detroit Apparel, LLC has just launched their new fall line of apparel. Along with the new collection, the Michigan owned, and operated brand now has a license for official sports merchandise with the Detroit Tigers, Lions, Red Wings, and Pistons along with the University of Michigan and Michigan State University.
New items in the Born In Detroit Fall 2024 collection include:
a varsity jacket, crossbody bag, and new designs of t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies featuring the 313-city map, D-E-T design, stencil D, Michigan license plate, customer-favorite Born In Detroit logo, and more.
In addition to selling official sports team merchandise, Born In Detroit has also put their spin on new designs for some of the teams including a Detroit Pistons 8 Mile Born In Detroit t-shirt and The University of Michigan featuring the Born In Detroit treatment with classic maize and blue football helmet t-shirt and much more.

Born In Detroit will celebrate Shop Downtown Detroit Day as they cheer for the Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings with a drawing for a $100 gift card at the downtown store located at 1275 Woodward Ave. in Detroit. Additionally, the first 100 customers to purchase apparel at the store will receive a free Born In Detroit tote.
The official sports merchandise for the Detroit Tigers, Lions, Red Wings, and Pistons, University of Michigan and Michigan State University are available at the Born In Detroit store located at 1275 Woodward in downtown Detroit. Born In Detroit was brought to life in 2020 by a group of true Detroiters,
two sets of brothers Michael and Anthony Tomey and George and Alex Bourkoulas, along with their friend, Michael “Mikey” Shumaker, who were all Born In Detroit. The new licensed apparel for the Detroit Pistons, Lions, Tigers, and Redwings along with Michigan State and University of Michigan, further Born In Detroit’s mission to showcase the pride of Detroiters near and far, and to highlight that Detroit is more than a city, it is that feeling of pride, hard work and perseverance.
