STAND ALONE DRIVE-THRU STARBUCKS NOW OPEN at THE VILLAGE OF ROCHESTER HILLS
OUTDOOR SHOPPING CENTER!
Robert B. Aikens and Associates is thrilled to offer guests a more convenient way to grab their favorite coffee and specialty beverages as they celebrate the Grand Opening of the new stand-alone Starbucks at The Village of Rochester Hills outdoor lifestyle shopping center. The new coffeehouse will be serving up delicious beverages and baked goods just in time for Autumn. The new building is located by the Adams Road North entrance, in the Von Maur parking lot at 398 N Adams Road.
The 2,100 square foot coffeehouse will be 1,000 square feet larger than the previous location,
which closed on October 4 to prepare for the move. The new Starbucks includes a sought-after drive-thru that will be accessed through Fashion Lane, and a lovely outdoor patio for guests to enjoy. Guests will also have access to free Wi-Fi during their visit.
Whatever your preference, Starbucks is pleased to offer guests ever-changing seasonal menu options from drinks to treats. This Fall they will be featuring the highly anticipated Pumpkin Spice Latte, along with limited-time treats including Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai, Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Baked Apple Croissant, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, and the fun Raccoon Cake Pop, a dessert shaped like a racoon made of vanilla cake, buttercream and chocolate icing. The new store will also offer Halloween themed beverages and merchandise.
Starbucks offers both hot and cold drinks
like cappuccino, lattes, espresso, and tea, as well as their iced tea and lemonade Starbucks Refreshers® Beverages. Starbucks guests will be able to place their order in-person inside the new cozy coffeehouse, by utilizing the drive-thru, or on the mobile app with the option to pick up inside or at the drive-thru window.
Starbucks will be open 5:00am-10:00pm Monday thru Friday, 6:00am-10:00pm on Saturdays, and 6:00am-8:00pm on Sundays. More information can be found at www.Starbucks.com.
In addition to the newly relocated Starbucks,
The Village of Rochester Hills is excited to announce the expansion of the current lululemon to a much larger 5,760 square foot store. Construction on the new space will begin January 2025 with an expected opening Spring 2025. While under construction, lululemon will relocate to the space next door to Williams Sonoma on Village Main Street.
Over the last few months, the Village of Rochester Hills has also welcomed a variety of new dining establishments and retailers to their vibrant and beautiful lifestyle shopping center, including the opening of The Jackson Restaurant, Warby Parker, Two Hands Corn Dogs, and Pokeworks. The Village will bring even more shopping opportunities next year, including the recently announced Sweetgreens, which will backfill the old Starbucks café.
