The Village of Rochester Hills to Welcome Born In Detroit Pop-Up Storefront this Holiday Season

The pop-up will feature new designs and expanded apparel lines.

Opens this Thursday, November 21 through December 31, 2024.

Robert B. Aikens and Associates, owners of the Village of Rochester Hills, will be welcoming Michigan owned and operated Born In Detroit Apparel, LLC to The Village of Rochester Hills this holiday season. The dynamic and rapidly growing lifestyle brand’s pop-up storefront location will be open from Thursday, November 21 to December 31, 2024, and will feature an expanded line of apparel and merchandise that will make perfect gifts for those on your shopping lists. Born In Detroit pop-up storefront will be located at 254 N. Adams Rd., directly across from Festival Park where Santa can be found throughout the holidays.

Born In Detroit has quickly become a beloved name,

celebrated for its distinctive blend of fashion, community spirit, and Detroit pride. After significant expansions which include a Detroit storefront and an introduction of a unique restaurant concept, Born In Detroit Kitchen + Bar, which is coming to Detroit Metro Airport, the pop-up location at the Village of Rochester Hills will make its second store front location. Born In Detroit apparel line offers apparel with the fan favorite Born In Detroit logo, for men, women, and children.

The expanded line will feature:

hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, crossbody bags, tumblers, glassware, and much more. Born In Detroit will also feature a special holiday apparel line and sports apparel, as Born In Detroit has the license for official sports team merchandise for the Detroit Tigers, Lions, Red Wings, and Pistons, along with the University of Michigan, Michigan State University and Oakland University, which is the neighboring college to the shopping center.

Being able to offer a storefront where guests can purchase apparel enhances the Born In Detroit mission of showcasing the pride of Detroiters near and far and to highlight that Detroit is more than a city, it is that feeling of pride, hard work, and perseverance.  Born In Detroit’s mission is also to support the community. They will be doing this throughout the holiday season at the Village of Rochester Hills location, where a portion of proceeds for the pop-up store will be donated to Jay’s Juniors.  Jay’s Juniors is a program that provides children with life-altering and life-threatening conditions and financially struggling families, with an all-expense paid memorable family vacation to Disney during the holiday season.

The Born In Detroit pop-up store at The Village of Rochester Hills,

will be open this Thursday, November 21, for a limited time only.  Born In Detroit will be open Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm.

In the last 6 months, The Village of Rochester Hills has opened an array of retail locations and restaurants that enhance the guest experience, providing guests with everything they need; from clothing and beauty supplies to fitness studios and home décor.  Guests can shop at over 50 retailers, like Warby Parker, lululemon, Evereve, Sephora, Von Maur, Barnes & Nobles and enjoy a wide assortment of culinary options that include everything from fast-casual restaurants like Two Hands Corn Dogs, Pokeworks, Shake Shack, and Chipotle to an elevated sit-down dining experience at establishments like The Jackson, Jagged Fork, PF Chang’s, Kruse & Muer, and Mitchell’s Fish Market.
