E.G. Nick’s-A Quaint and Fabulous Dining Experience in Downtown Plymouth, Michigan
If you have ever visited Downtown Plymouth, Michigan, you know that this quaint little town is filled with fabulous dining experiences.
My family has dined in a several of the restaurants and they never disappoint. Our latest dining experience was at the quaint and fabulous E.G. Nick’s! I have visited this dining venue several years ago but since their remodel, it offers a lot more of the dining vibe you have been searching for, including an outdoor patio for the warmer seasons which I can’t wait to experience.
The interior was decorated so beautifully for the Holiday season. Even the small details on the tables added to the charm — from festive centerpieces to thoughtfully placed coasters that complemented the seasonal décor.
The vibe brought all of the Christmas feels and more with the amazing appetizers and entrees.

First off, their bread is beyond amazing! The flavors are so good and addicting. I bet you can’t just eat one!

I enjoyed their Bourbon Pot Roast Nachos! The pot roast was beyond tender and blended so well with the other ingredients such as tortilla chips, Vermont Maple Syrup, Evan Williams Bourbon, and topped with homemade tomato, red onion, and black bean relish, cheddar, and muenster cheeses. Comes with a side of sour cream and salsa. The flavors just explode in your mouth.

My husband enjoyed the Cedar Plank Bourbon Salmon. This dish is fresh Atlantic Salmon marinated in E.G. Nick’s own Bourbon marinade, grilled and finished on a cedar plank. It’s also served with rice pilaf and vegetables.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I can’t wait to go back and try another menu favorite!
