The Air Zoo is thrilled to announce the return of its highly-anticipated 4th Annual Ice Cream Challenge, an event that brings together creativity, science, and mouthwatering flavors! On Saturday, January 18 from 11am-3pm, teams from local businesses and organizations will compete to win the coveted Golden Cone Trophy by crafting their own unique ice cream recipes. Watch as these sweet treats are frozen before your eyes with the power of liquid nitrogen! Science Never Tasted So Delicious!

The event isn’t just about watching science in action; it’s also about participating! Guests are invited to sample each team’s ice cream creations and vote for their favorite. Which team will scoop their way to victory? Your vote decides!
The 2025 Ice Cream Challenge is included with regular Air Zoo admission and free for Air Zoo members, making it a perfect day for families, friends, and ice cream enthusiasts of all ages.
