THE VILLAGE OF ROCHESTER HILLS OUTDOOR SHOPPING CENTER CONTINUES TO DELIGHT GUESTS WITH 2025 ACTIVATIONS AND OPENINGS.

Welcoming new stores and restaurants while offering a place for the entire family to visit and enjoy!

Robert B. Aikens and Associates, owners of the Village of Rochester Hills, are excited to announce more events and retail and restaurant openings with members of the community in 2025. The beautiful and vibrant 375,000 square foot outdoor lifestyle and shopping center creates a magnificent atmosphere all year long. With an outstanding selection of retailers, shops, dining establishments, and fun events and entertainment activations, the Village of Rochester Hills is the perfect destination any time of year.

In 2024 the Village of Rochester Hills not only welcomed Warby Parker,

the sought after eyewear boutique, to their expansive retail lineup, but they also enhanced the unique culinary selections with the opening of several dining establishments suited for every taste and lifestyle, including The Jackson Restaurant, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, Pokeworks and a larger stand-alone, drive-thru Starbucks. With the announcement of additional stores and restaurants, 2025 will prove to be just as exciting on the retail and dining front at the Village of Rochester Hills.

In response to a high demand for an enhanced shopping experience and a wide selection of product, lululemon has begun construction on an expanded store that will nearly double the size of their existing Village location. Offering a more expansive selection of men’s and women’s performance apparel that includes activewear, loungewear, and footwear, the 5,760 square foot space is scheduled to open mid-Spring. While renovations are underway, lululemon has relocated to a temporary space at The Village located between Williams Sonoma and Chico’s on Village Main Street.

The Village of Rochester Hills will also welcome the popular salad and bowl restaurant Sweetgreen known for its fresh,

seasonal ingredients later this spring. This fast-casual dining destination offers healthy and delicious food that uses locally and sustainably sources ingredients. Sweetgreen at the Village is adjacent to lululemon and Festival Park, in the space previously occupied by Starbucks (prior to their expansion).

The Village of Rochester Hills will be buzzing this season with numerous reasons to visit including exciting events like “the Evereve Style Party” for Galentine’s Day, “A Mighty Leader and Little Leader” Wellness and Empowerment event and the annual arrival of everyone’s springtime favorite, The Easter Bunny, who will be arriving to The Gazebo in Festival Park to visit with families later this Spring. Visit TheVORH.com/Events or any of the Village of Rochester Hills social media pages for upcoming event announcements and dates.

The Village of Rochester Hills located at 104 N. Adams Road, at the corner of Walton and Adams in Rochester Hills, MI., will make the perfect destination for all your shopping, eating, and entertainment needs.
