Hazel’s, a women-owned restaurant at 1 Peabody Street in downtown Birmingham will be open on 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025.

Owners Beth Hussey and Emmele Herrold are offering a mix of in-season seafood and special holiday brunch dishes.
A few of those specials include:
- Soft Shell Crab Benedict – Sunny eggs over an English muffin with hollandaise ($22)
- Savory Breakfast Strudel – A flaky phyllo pastry filled with sausage, cream cheese, onion, and mushrooms, served with eggs your way ($16)
- Fruit & Pastry Board – A festive assortment of fresh-baked pastries, cheeses, and fruit, perfect for sharing
- Mimosa Flight – A bottle of bubbly with a selection of fresh-squeezed juices (serves up to 4)
Hazel’s Weekend Brunch menu and full seasonal seafood selection will also be available.
