WHAT: 

In celebration of National Wellness Week, GW HOME and Zenith Wellness Studio are hosting a free and relaxing sound bath experience designed to calm the mind, relax the body and open the door to lucid dreaming states. Guests will be guided through soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and shamanic tools. This sound bath experience is perfect for stress release and expanding creativity.
