Feldman Automotive Group Appoints Edward Joubran as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development

(October 2025 – Detroit, MI) – Michigan-based Feldman Automotive Group is proud to announce the appointment of Edward Joubran as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Development, effective September 2025.

Chairman/CEO, Jay Feldman opened his first Chevrolet dealership in 1996,

and today the Feldman Automotive Group is Michigan’s #1 Chevy dealer. The Feldman Automotive Group has evolved over the years to currently owning and operating 21 car and Airstream dealerships with 14 car brands and 33 RV brands in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Feldman and actor Mark Wahlberg are partners in the six car and RV dealerships in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. Feldman Automotive Group also has the exclusive rights to sell the INEOS Grenadier brand in the state of Michigan. In this role, Edward Joubran will lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities as Feldman Automotive Group continues to expand its presence in the automotive retail industry.

Joubran brings a unique blend of family business roots and world-class private equity experience to Feldman Automotive. Having grown up surrounded by family enterprises in retail and construction, Joubran developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship and business operations. His career trajectory took a pivotal turn in 2009 when he joined Platinum Equity, a global private equity firm.

During his 16 years at Platinum Equity,

Joubran was responsible for business development in both public and private sectors, working closely with Fortune 500 companies and top investment banks. He successfully sourced and supported numerous high-profile transactions, including the landmark acquisition of the Detroit Pistons by Platinum Equity.

In his new role, Edward Joubran will focus on expanding the Feldman Automotive Group’s footprint through acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate development initiatives, while working closely with leadership to align growth strategies with the company’s vision and culture.
