 Enjoy Michigan‘s Largest Immersive and Illuminated One-Mile Forest Walk Complete with Lights, Sounds, and Seasonal Magic

WHAT:

Join Glenlore Trails, Michigan’s largest immersive and illuminated walk-thru forest experience presented by Bluewater Technologies, on Halloween Night at The Witching Hour. Enjoy an all-ages interactive night walk through an illuminated forest filled with spells, surprises, and enchantment around every corner.

In The Witching Hour, you will step into a spellbound world where witches weave their magic, potions simmer in the dark, and eerie creatures come to life beneath the stars as the clock counts down to something unknown. These glowing spells will dance across towering trees, illuminating shadows and lights will take over the forest, and mysterious sounds will echo throughout during this interactive night walk under the moonlight.

Celebrate the most magical and spookiest night of the year at Glenlore Trails. Costumes are encouraged, whether you’re feeling spooky or sparkly!

As a special Halloween treat, guests will enjoy FREE face painting and balloon twisting from 7:00pm-8:30pm on Friday, October 31.

Glenlore Trails will have delicious eats and sweets from The Little Donut Factory and D&Ws Street Eatery in addition to a wide array of seasonal drinks and adult beverages for guests to enjoy.

Visit on Halloween Night, Friday, October 31 from 7:00pm-8:30pm and enjoy free facepainting and balloon twisting!

The event is running Thursday through Sunday evenings Now through Sunday, November 2, 2025

Tours start around dusk. Start times vary by day but typically begin around 7:00 p.m. with the final entry around 10:00 p.m.

Each night, starting at dusk, the one-mile forest trail will come to life with a dazzling display of lights, sounds, and wonder. Glenlore Trails is an outdoor experience, that takes approximately one hour to complete and is set up along a wooded, manicured (not paved) trail. It can accommodate strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs with larger wheels, though visitors should be aware that the surface may be more challenging for smaller wheels.
