Stars of the Halloween Franchise Brad Loree, James Jude Courtney, and Carmela McNeal to Appear at FREE Fan Event in Michigan on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026!

Tickets for exclusive premium opportunities are available – VIP breakfast, FastPass and VIP Passes. Portion of the proceeds will benefit Gleaners Food Bank for the Jay Towers Annual Cereal Drive, helping ensure no child goes hungry during the summer months.

(CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI –) – Screamers Costumes is thrilled to welcome fan-favorite stars of the iconic HALLOWEEN movie franchise for their annual Halfway 2 Halloween event on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at their store located at 37101 South Groesbeck Highway.

Featured celebrity guests for this fan event celebrating the Halloween film franchise,

include a rare appearance by two actors who have portrayed “Michael Myers”,  James Jude Courtney “Michael Myers” in Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends, along with Brad Loree who played “Myers” in Halloween: Resurrection, and Carmela McNeal whose “Nurse Vanessa” character appeared in Halloween (2018) and Halloween Kills.

Halfway 2 Halloween 2026 fan event is FREE and open to the public, where fans have Meet-n-Greet opportunities and can purchase autographs, fan photos, and VIP experiences. In addition, there will be an exclusive and limited opportunity to attend a ticketed VIP “Breakfast with the Myers” featuring a small, intimate breakfast with all three featured celebrity guests who will be mingling with fans during breakfast, and a fan Q&A moderated by Jay Towers from iHeart Radio Detroit and Fox 2 Detroit.

A portion of proceeds from the entire event will benefit the Jay Towers Cereal Drive for Gleaners Food Bank.  The 17^th Annual Cereal Drive, a charitable initiative started by the Professional Nurse Council of the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, supports the Gleaners Community Food Bank’s efforts in providing breakfast throughout the summer break, a crucial meal they usually receive only during the school year.

JAMES JUDE COURTNEY

James Jude Courtney has appeared in several TV series and films including When a Man Loves a Woman, Far and Away and is best known for the iconic role of Michael Myers aka “The Shape” in the critically acclaimed box office hits Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends.

BRAD LOREE

Brad Loree is an actor and stunt performer, best known for portraying Michael Myers in Halloween: Resurrection.  With over 90 stunt credits, he has worked on major productions including X2: X-Men United, The Cabin in the Woods, and Shanghai Noon, often blending his stunt expertise with acting roles.

CARMELA McNEAL

Actress Carmela McNeal is an actress, portrayed “Nurse Vanessa” in Halloween (2018) and Halloween Kills.  She is also known for her recurring roles in series like The Righteous Gemstones.

CEREAL DRIVE

Children’s Hospital of Michigan Professional Nurse Council at the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) has partnered with Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan to lead a community effort to provide children with a consistent daily meal over summer recess. The cereal drive began in June 2010, collecting 160,757 servings of cereal. We immediately recognized the positive impact this project had on our community and eagerly set a goal to make this an annual event!  Now more than ever, kids in Southeast Michigan need access to healthy breakfast options throughout the summer. Over the last 16 years, together, we have raised more than 14.8 million servings of cereal.
