With April marking National Autism Awareness Month, there’s growing attention on products that go beyond play, supporting sensory development, emotional regulation, and inclusive experiences for kids of all abilities.

Glo Pals®,

were  founded with a mission to make everyday routines more engaging and accessible. Inspired by a child with autism, Glo Pals created its signature water-activated, light-up cubes and characters, designed to bring light, color, and interactive play into moments like bath time, often a challenge for sensory-sensitive children.

For families navigating autism,

the impact can be deeply personal.

“My son has always been drawn to visual stimulation. Lights, colors, and movement were the things that captured his attention and helped him feel regulated and engaged,” shares Jessie Kozak, mom to an autistic child and Digital Engagement Coordinator at Glo Pals in a recent blog post on their website.

Her story, and how products like Glo Pals have supported her son’s development, offers a meaningful, real-world lens into the role sensory play can have in everyday life.
