Busch’s Fresh Food Market Announces New Catering Menu for Graduation Season and Upcoming Summer Hosting

New menu features expanded hot food selection, themed dishes, contemporary party trays, local foods and artisan baked goods.

ANN ARBOR, Mich.-Busch’s Fresh Food Market is updating its catering menu to offer an expanded selection of hot foods, contemporary catering trays and artisanal baked goods from the store’s Bakehouse in Clinton, Michigan. The new menu, available on May 4 in stores and online, will also feature themed meals such as BBQ, Italian and Mexican dishes, along with fresh sushi trays. “We are excited to introduce our new catering selection which offers an extensive range of party-food options, using the highest-quality ingredients with outstanding recipes from our team of chefs,” said Busch’s Director of Food Service Joanne Zlotorzynski. “Whether you are looking for a themed Italian meal, make-your-own-sandwiches, grazing charcuterie offerings or a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres, we have you covered.”

Zlotorzynski added that the store was now using new contemporary trays to offer guests an upscale presentation to their party table. “Our aim is to make our guests’ get togethers as easy and as delicious as possible this season and for them to feel proud of the food on their table,” she said.

Some of the highlights of the new menu include:

  • Italian dishes such as chicken piccata, house-made lasagna and baked penne pesto pasta
  • Pit master favorites such as low and slow BBQ brisket, pulled pork and chicken with sides such as creamy white cheddar mac and cheese and Carolina coleslaw
  • Chef-inspired dishes such as a roast beef tenderloin platter, maple-glazed salmon and herb-roasted chicken, with popular sides such as twice-baked potatoes and garlic asparagus
  • Fresh house-made sushi platters
  • Fiesta menu which includes a taco bar with all the fixings
  • Mashed potato bar which includes a pan of mashed potatoes with toppings: sour cream, garlic butter, green onion, cheese, chopped broccoli and bacon bits.
  • Breakfast pastry trays, including a healthy Rise and Shine breakfast tray option with fruit, yogurt and granola
  • An extensive range of sandwiches, deli trays and artisanal breads
  • Party dessert platters featuring house-made cookies and dessert options such as cannoli, biscotti, macarons and cake pops.

Busch’s proudly supports local Michigan businesses. One of the new charcuterie trays will feature made-in-Michigan goat cheese, brie and cheddar. Mediterranean Bites Platters are being offered in partnership with Beirut Bakery, a Redford, Michigan, business offering authentic Middle Eastern food.
