Scheduling check-ups with the pediatrician, keeping up with soccer practices, making sure groceries are bought, and planning the next family project; all of this falls squarely on mom’s shoulders. The stress of managing everything mentally is utterly draining.

These small moments of physical reset will really help release some tension and save you from a complete physical burnout.
