Back-to-School with Eco-Friendly Lunches

As busy business moms we do our very best to meet the needs of our kids, at least I hope so.  What about school lunches?  This past year was a major concern amongst schools as children are being fed unhealthy food choices which could potentially cause future health problems.  This is of course a major concern.  What are we putting into our children’s bodies? Have you considered eco-friendly options?

These look pretty cool don’t they? I love the concept.  Our “healthy” foods can now really be considered healthy. As a busy business mom I would consider even using these eco-friendly products for myself.  It’s really time to take control of our health and do what we can.  What are your thoughts?
