I received a bottle of Rootology Breathe Free to sample in exchange for this review.  All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

Rootology Breath Free is a formula created by The Modern Herbalists.  It is specifically for nasal, sinus, and eye health!  It’s non-drowsy and considered to be a “Trusted Herbal Supplement.”  It supports against:

  • Pollen
  • Dander
  • Dust
  • Mold
  • Pollution
  • Chemicals
  • Wildfires

I received the jar of 40 capsules and I must say that I am impressed.  I honestly did not start taking it until recently when I noticed I had a plugged up nose due to the weather changes.  So I popped 2 capsules (as recommended for adults and children 12 years and older.) Within a half an hour or less I noticed my nasal passages cleared right up without any side effects whatsoever.  Wow!  For someone who is sometimes skeptical about herbal remedies, I can honestly say that I recommend Rootology Breathe Free.  The bottle also says that you “may double the dosage for extra support.” No more than 8 capsules a day is recommended.

Women who are pregnant or are breastfeeding are advised not to consume unless consulted by a physician.

What ingredients are in Rootology Breathe Free?

  • Vegetable Capsule
  • Rice Flour
  • Silicon Dioxide
  • Magnesium Stearate

There are no artificial colors or preservatives in Rootology Breathe Free.  There is also Vitamin C and Vitamin D3. It also contains a nice Herbal Extract Proprietary Blend ranging from Magnolia to Licorice.

For one bottle of Rootology, it costs $16.99 with free shipping on their website or as a three pack bottle with free shipping for $47.99.  It can also be purchased on Amazon.

  1. Lindsay, I trust your reviews and saw you had reviewed Rootology. I want to purchase for a six year old that has tested allergic to just about everything. Do you or would you recommend this product for under 12? If given at one or just one/half capsule? Thanks

    1. Hello,

Thanks so much. Yes! I reviewed Rootology. I am not sure if it’s best for kids under 12. I wanted to have my girls try it, but I just used it myself and it worked wonderfully. I guess use your best judgment with this one. Thanks so much for reading my blog. =)
