Are you a mom striving to live a healthy lifestyle?  This means eating the proper foods and getting the proper amount of exercise.  While life as a mom can become hectic causing it to become a challenge to live a healthy lifestyle, it’s very important not only for ourselves, but for our families as well.

I can honestly say I have been sticking with a pretty solid healthy diet and work out up to 5 days a week at Planet Fitness.  Is it a challenge?  You bet!  I am so determined and I don’t want to give up.  Now heading into my late 30’s, I know the importance of sticking to a healthy lifestyle.  I’m no spring chicken anymore, haha!

I recently got to try out Ultra Woman Sport Daily Multi-Packs (30 day supplement).  I chose this “Balanced Nutritional System” to help with my active healthy lifestyle.  Let me just say I am very pleased so far with my results.  My energy is up and I am motivated to keep at it.

One packet daily with a meal is recommended.

Each pack contains 2 Ultra Woman Multi’s, 3 Myoleptin CLA’s, 1 Coenzyme Q-10, and 1 High Potency B-12.

My supplement box also included a fun Zumba DVD/CD Ultimate Cardio Jam.  I am loving this! I do it 1-2 days a week and Planet Fitness 3-4 days a week.  It was nice to mix up my workouts here at home and out of the home.  I am starting to see some amazing results in myself not only from these workouts, but from the Ultra Woman Sport Multi-Packs and a healthy diet.  I am determined to keep moving forward.

I definitely will be ordering more packets and hope to keep this as a part of my daily living.

You can currently purchase Ultra Woman at www.vitaminworld.com. The daily multi-packs which include the free Zumba DVD/CD is currently $49.99 originally $69.99.  Without the Zumba DVD/CD, it is currently $39.99 for 30 day packets originally $49.99.

What balanced nutritional system are you using?  Would you try Ultra Woman Sport?
