I think I found my favorite vanilla extract thus far. Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract is amazing in flavor. The beans were hand-selected from the Bourbon Island of Madagascar. How amazing is that? I guess the way I would describe the flavor is smooth and sweet. It doesn’t overwhelm the senses and is perfect for not only baking, but cooking as well. Since vanilla extract is commonly used in homemade cookies and homemade chocolate cake, this version will rock your taste buds. I even use it on my homemade chocolate cake frosting. I literally could eat the frosting alone because of the delectable flavor of the vanilla extract. Ha!

I love that one tablespoon of the vanilla extract = 1 vanilla bean! Yum!

Yum! I loooooooove vanilla extract. I love putting a teaspoon in my milk to change up the flavor. It’s so good! A little bourbon sounds like a fun addition 😉
