Loving My “Stare at My Hair” Shampoo Boom Bar

Have you ever washed your hair with a shampoo bar? Have you ever heard of a shampoo bar?  I honestly never have until being introduced to it through a company I am passionate about: Perfect Posh.  The product is called Stare at My Hair Shampoo Boom Bar.  it’s a deep-cleaning, mega-volume solid shampoo.

I was a little leery before trying it because my hair is thick and oily.  Only specific shampoos and conditioners cater wonderfully to my hair.

Upon my first wash, I was not impressed. After my hair was dry it felt scummy and like it was never washed.  I was a little bummed.  So, I gave it another try.  This time I really followed the directions and made sure I was cleansing my hair properly with it.  My first thought was since my hair is so thick maybe I didn’t lather and rinse it enough.  Sure enough after my second wash the next day, my hair was awesome! Hmmm, either my hair needed a deep cleaning or I didn’t do it right.  Doesn’t matter now.  I found a new shampoo.  A solid shampoo.

The Stare at My Hair Boom Bar naturally deep cleans and lifts hair with boosting sugars and salts.  It’s safe for daily use or for a deep clean.  Which then you would lather it and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.  I just let it sit for 30-60 seconds for standard cleaning.

I absolutely adore the solid shampoo boom bar and have officially switched from every day store bought shampoos which are known to contain chemicals just like everything else these days.  Ugh! =(

What are the ingredients in the Boom Bar?   You will love this.  Shea butter and Peppermint Leaf Oil, Menthol, and Sucrose.  The scent is beyond amazing.

Stare at My Hair Boom Bar Solid Shampoo is one of Perfectly Posh’s best sellers.  For a 6 oz. bar it is $15.  At first I thought that was outrageous for shampoo, but then I realized it’s worth it for the natural ingredients.  I’d rather pay more than less with something with chemicals.  It pays to be healthy.
