Glorious Face & Eye Makeup Primer by Younique {Review}

I received a sample of Glorious Natural Face & Eye Mineral Makeup Primer in exchange for this review.  All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

Image you are standing in front of the mirror.  As you are applying your makeup {at a rapid speed}, you don’t have time to notice flaws and uneven application.  A mom’s life right?  When we moms get busy, we tend to just throw on some quick makeup and head straight for the door not paying attention or even noticing the details of the uneven makeup application.  Yep, I have been there and more than once.  Maybe one cheek has rouge, eyeliner is everywhere but under the eye etc….haha! I think you are getting the picture at this point.  At least we try, right? 😉

Have you ever heard of Younique?  I recently received a sample of the Glorious Natural Face & Eye Mineral Makeup Primer to try out and review from a dear friend of mine.  I have tried a makeup primer in the past {a different brand} without really knowing what it was for….oblivious….and finally figured out what it does for your makeup application.  That’s right, it makes your face appear flawless with your makeup.  Is this even possible if done right?  This was my chance to do it again, but with Younique!  It just has to be excellent, right?

The results?

This Younique Makeup Primer is amazing!  All you need is a small dime size amount ( no color or strong odors) for eyes and face.  This is to be done prior to makeup application.  Once it has absorbed, you can apply your makeup like normal.  You will definitely see a difference with primer vs. not using a makeup primer prior to applying your makeup.  I couldn’t believe how fresh and smooth my face looks when I use it.  Feels wonderful.  It’s great even when you are in that busy mom mode.

I’m sad to say that I do not have any before and after photos of my experience like I did for the Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes.  My camera phone is getting old and not taking clear photos.  Ugh. =(  I guess you’ll have to take my word for it until I can get a new one. 😉
