The Pet Beastro is pleased to announce that it will host a fourth vendor open house at its store in Madison Heights on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 from 5 – 8 p.m. The event will offer local veterinarians and pet owners the chance to meet with representatives from top healthy pet food and eco-friendly pet product companies including Nature’s Logic, Dr. Harvey’s, Fluff & Tuff Toys, Sam’s Yams,, Fromm Family Foods and Free Range Eco Naturals.‎. Raffle prizes and free samples of safe, natural, and organic dog and cat food, treats, and supplements will also be available. Dr. Harvey Cohen, a holistic animal health pioneer and founder of Dr. Harvey’s Healthy Formulations, will also be flying in to host a holistic pet health seminar at The Pet Beastro on Thursday, March 26.

It is important that today’s pet owners understand the nutritional needs of their pets, especially in light of pet product recalls and lawsuits concerning pet illness and death allegedly caused by carelessly manufactured food. With this vendor expo event, local pet owners and veterinarians can build upon their knowledge of safe, high-quality pet foods and get valuable face-to-face time with some of the best companies in the industry. Jill Tack, founder and owner of The Pet Beastro, says, “We’re excited to give local animal lovers the unique opportunity to meet with some of the best pet product companies and learn about safe pet foods and which options are best for their own companions.”

For pet owners who are unable to make it to the vendor expo, more information on alternative pet products can be found on The Pet Beastro’s blog http://www.thepetbeastro.com/blog/.
