BodyArmorDo you have an athlete at home?  Most likely they have their preferred sports drink.  Our 12 year-old gymnast drinks the low-calorie kind, but I have been searching for healthier alternatives and guess what? I found it.

BodyArmor Super Drink is a definite upgrade to traditional sports drinks.  Here’s why:

It is a “premium sports drink with Potassium-packed Electrolytes, Coconut Water, & Vitamins.  It provides your body with the hydration it needs to perform at its best.”

BodyArmor Super Drinks have Vitamins B3, B5, B6, B9, and B12 as well as Vitamins A, C, & E.

There are no artificial colors or preservatives.  Each bottle contains only 70 calories, 18 carbs, 15 mg of sodium and 18 g of sugar.  Still better than many sports drinks.

I received all 7 flavors:

  • Fruit Punch
  • Orange Mango
  • Strawberry Banana
  • Tropical Punch
  • Grape
  • Lemon Lime
  • Mixed Berry

My daughter loves them all, but I at least tried the Lemon Lime after one of my workouts.  It tastes fabulous! My 12 year old said she wants to replace her current sports drink with BodyArmor.  She likes it much better and feels healthier drinking it.  Two thumbs up!

You can purchase BodyArmor Super Drinks on their website or on Amazon.  You can also purchase it at Target, Meijer, and Kroger.

My daughter and I would like to thank the folks over at BodyArmor for allowing us the opportunity to try their products. We are making the switch!
