The Whole-Brain Child Workbook is a companion book to the New York Times bestselling book, “The Whole-Brain Child.” This workbook is intended for parents, educators, therapists, grandparents and caregivers. It provides practical exercises, worksheets, and activities to nurture developing minds.

Internationally acclaimed neuropsychiatrist Dan Siegel, M.D., and brain-based parenting expert Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D., have created this workbook to help parents understand the science behind their child’s developing mind and survive the everyday parenting struggles that accompany each stage of growth.

“The Whole-Brain Child Workbook” comes with no rules. It is not intended to make parents feel guilty about they aren’t doing on a regular basis or not doing well. The workbook is simply a way for the parent to find more help towards a deeper understanding and a better connection with their child. It also helps the parent find out a lot about themselves.

“The Whole-Brain Child” provides a lot of space for the parent to complete the activities. It also has some great cartoons and illustrations showing strategies and examples for parents to try different approaches with their children.
