School is just around the corner for most moms and so that means packing daily lunches is too. What do we pack that is healthy for our kiddos? Why do kids need healthy lunches?

Jessica Fishman Levinson, MS, RDN, CDN, is the founder of Nutritioulicious, a nutrition communications and consulting business. Levinson previously served on the advisory board of Scholastic’s Parent & Child Magazine, and has been featured as a nutrition expert for various media outlets. Jessica has an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and a BA in Psychology, both from New York University. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the Greater New York Dietetic Association, and various Dietetic Practice Groups of the AND, including Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Food and Culinary Professionals, and Dietitians in Business and Communications. She lives in Westchester, New York with her husband Andrew, her twin daughters Charlotte and Sabrina, and dog Bernie.
