Grab the girls for biannual shopping, dining event in Milford Oct. 6

It’s that time of the year again, ladies! If you’re overdue for a night out with the girls, join us in downtown Milford for Ladies Night Out on Thursday, Oct. 6. Shopping, dining and socializing between daughters, mothers, sisters and girlfriends will all be on the agenda during the fun-filled night set to take over Milford’s downtown shopping district from 5-9 p.m.

“Ladies Night Out continues to impress each year, bringing area women together for a fun-filled night with family and friends,” said Wendi Skolnik, event organizer and owner of Nana’s Niche and Corner. “It’s such a fun community gathering and gives visitors a chance to explore our charming downtown shopping district. After you attend once, you’re guaranteed to come back again!”

Ladies Night Out is the perfect opportunity for locals and visitors to explore the downtown shopping district and experience what makes Milford an Oakland County destination. From giveaways and discounts to complimentary snacks and beverages, event goers are guaranteed to enjoy a special girl’s night while previewing the latest trends in clothing, furniture, gifts, accessories and more.

Throughout the evening, visitors are invited to collect stamps on an official Ladies Night Out postcard at the more than 30 participating businesses. Attendees who collect 10 stamps and drop off their completed postcard at any participating location will be eligible to win one of 40 gift certificates worth at least $20 each.

The community tradition also encourages patrons to visit downtown Milford’s exquisite eateries, including Coratti’s on Main, Milford House Bar and Grill, Gravity Bar and Grill, Palate, Smoke Street Barbecue, Village Bar and Kitchen and more.
