Acorn Farm in Downtown Milford Annual Polish Pottery Party and Sale Aug. 9, 2018
Acorn Farm in Downtown Milford is hosting its tenth annual Polish Pottery Party and Sale. Whether you’re a fan of Polish culture, hand-crafted goods or summer sales, Acorn Farm’s is the place to be on Thursday, Aug. 9.
The evening kicks off at 5 p.m. with a Polish party complete with:
- Delicious food from Hamtramck’s Polish Village
- Performances by Polish National Alliance Centennial Dancers
- 20 percent off all Polish pottery
The event concludes at 8 p.m., but the sale on Polish pottery will continue through Sunday, Aug. 12. Every piece of Polish potter will be sold at 20 percent off. This beautiful handmade pottery is made by artisans in Boleslawiec, Poland and will be available in a wide variety of shapes, in both Unikat and traditional patterns. Unikat Five pieces will also be in the mix of sale items. Each piece is oven, microwave, and dishwasher-safe.
Also happening in Milford during the Aug. 10 to Aug. 12 weekend, is Milford Memories – the village’s weekend-long festival of family fun complete with music, blind canoe races, food, kids’ activities and more!
