FREE Workouts to Keep Kids Active While Cooped Up!
Gyminny Kids is helping keep children actively challenged and creatively engaged in the comfort of their own home, for FREE!  Since 1987, the San Diego, CA aerobics gym has been the go-to place for kids to learn balance and safety while building confidence and strength. Since the ‘stay at home’ order went into effect, Gyminny Kids’ highly trained staff has been staying connected and easing some of that stress for both parents and kids. Offering a variety of fun classes such as gymnastics, dancing, art and storytime, Gyminny posts a live stream schedule every day on Instagram and Facebook and also adds new content daily on their virtual classroom and YouTube channel.
“Virtual classes and video content will give the students a fun outlet, keep them productive and in shape. The idea is to keep a sense of normalcy,” said Daniel Gundert, Director of Operations.
