I love that these products are great for travel, endurance, and recovery! I am not a huge fan of caffeine in general, but I see these powder sticks as beneficial when needed. As I type this, I’m hydrating with focus! 😉

Are you a fan of natural body soaps? I can honestly say, it’s all I can use as my skin is very sensitive and there is only one brand of soaps I actually use.
