WHAT

Celebrate France’s Independence Day during a Bastille Day celebration at The Statler on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. The Statler, located in the heart of the entertainment and theatre districts in downtown Detroit, is known for their classic European-influenced cuisine. They will be hosting this annual event to remember on their beautiful and scenic outdoor patio*.

The Bastille Day festivities will begin on the patio* with passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature drink. Guests will then enjoy an exquisite prix fixe five-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Vince Brady. Guests will immerse themselves in the romantic and sophisticated French culture as they listen to live entertainment throughout the night.

The Bastille Day celebration is a part of the year-long Passport to Wine dinner series that the Statler hosts monthly on every third Wednesday.  The Passport to Wine Series is hosted by Joe Vicari Restaurant Group sommelier, Lisa Ribaudo, and allows you to experience some of the world’s most iconic winemaking regions via glass and plate. Immerse your palate in flavors from around Europe, with each location featuring three courses prepared by Executive Chef Vince Brady and wine pairings selected by Lisa Ribaudo.
