The Village of Rochester Hills Continues to Add Restaurants and Stores To Their Outdoor Shopping Center

Welcoming Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, Pokeworks, Warby Parker, and expansions to Starbucks and Lululemon!

Robert B. Aikens and Associates, owners of The Village of Rochester Hills, will be welcoming in new stores, relocating and expanding several current stores, and growing their unique culinary selections with several new dining establishments within their beautiful and vibrant outdoor lifestyle and shopping center. Guests can already start to see changes occurring around the center as they enjoy a shopping trip, a bite to eat, or a free summer event at The Village.

Earlier this year,

Robert B. Aikens announced that they will be bringing in a bigger array of dining options this Summer and Fall to The Village of Rochester Hills with The Jackson Restaurant, which opened on June 20, and Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs and Pokeworks, which both plan to open in August. They are also pleased to announce that this October they will be opening a stand-alone Starbucks which will is being built to include a larger footprint of approximately 2,100 square feet, an outdoor patio, and a drive thru. The new building will be located off of the Adams Road entrance, in the Von Maur parking lot.

Popular eyewear retailer,

Warby Parker is slated to open at The Village of Rochester Hills this Fall. Known for delivering quality eyewear and eye care, the store will carry their full assortment of optical and sun offerings, contact lenses, accessories, and more, along with a full-time optometrist for convenient eye exam appointments. Warby Parker, which will be located across from Athleta, has everything you need for happier eyes, at prices that leave money in your pocket.

The Village of Rochester Hills will be expanding the current lululemon store just in time for the holidays. While renovations are underway to their current space, lululemon will move into a temporary location mid-July next to Williams Sonoma. The newly expanded store, scheduled to open Holiday 2024, will leave lululemon with a 5,760 square foot footprint to showcase their men’s and women’s performance apparel that includes activewear, loungewear, and footwear.

 The Village of Rochester Hills

is located at 104 N. Adams Road at the corner of Walton and Adams in Rochester Hills, MI. The Village welcomes the following new tenants to their center.  Grand Opening dates and events will be announced at a later date.

Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs,

a pioneer in blending authentic Korean and American flavors, will bring the fresh and fun, made-to-order Korean Corn Dog fast-casual restaurant to Rochester Hills.
