Your team member’s jobs are to provide the best products, services, and customer care that you possibly can. That being said, it is impossible and improbable to offer everything that a customer may want or ask for. Instead, focus on ways you can educate, cooperate, compromise, and help them to find what they are looking for. A little patience and care will always go a long way in keeping your company’s reputation intact and your customers satisfied.
